Fort Worth implements major upgrades to its utility billing system in early September.
During the upgrade, the utility billing system is inaccessible to both customers and customer service representatives via the website and/or telephone. Upgrade start at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 2 and end at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7. Customers can neither access account information nor pay through the H2Online bill pay site or by telephone for these four days. Customer service representative will also be unable to look up account information.
Also, the water department's satellite offices in Carnival & Fiesta Stores are closed from 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2 until 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7. These offices would have been closed on Friday and Monday because of the furlough day and the holiday.
This service allows you to view your account, water usage (consumption) and payment history as well as pay online.
H2Online is fast, easy, secure and designed to give you more time to enjoy life. To sign up, you need the account number from your water, wastewater, storm water or sanitation bill. You can find your account number on the top right side of your bill's return stub or in the section above the bill message on the left side of your bill.
