In order to complete the application process you must pay the permit fee either with a credit card by phone at 817-392-7255 or in person at the Fort Worth Consumer Health Division, 818 Missouri Ave.

Legal Requirements

Temporary food/beverage stands must comply with all Fort Worth requirements, including required sinks, food temperatures, stand construction, etc. All workers handling food must have a Fort Worth Food Handler Certificate. If the above organization is a non-profit entity, there may be an exemption from this requirement by providing the tax exemption form to the Consumer Health Division.
