Saliendo Abierto
Saliendo Abierto-A One Woman Show by Tammy Gomez is a CCT special program, taped at the historic Rose Marine Theater.  Tammy Gomez takes us on into the light as she battles the darkness and isolation of solitary confinement.  Her newest one-woman work Saliendo Abierto (Emerging Open) explores the internal crisis that ensued when she became trapped in her bedroom closet and the stories, memories, and Zen like focus that helped her open the door two and a half days later.

How did the Stockyards start?  How big was the business that gave “Cowtown” its name?  J’Nell Pate, author and historian, tells how the Stockyards grew to one of the biggest stockyard in the United States and the world.  She leads us through the rise fall and reinvention of what we call the “Fort Worth Stockyards.
